Introduction
Blythe Valley Countryside Park forms part of the Blythe Valley Park, a high quality Business Park developed jointly by Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate and Liberty Property Trust, in partnership with SMBC and commenced in August 1998. The Park lies to the south of the River Blythe, a tributary of the Tame, within an area described in the Warwickshire Landscape Guidelines as ‘Arden Pastures’. The Countryside Park covers some 40 hectares of publicly accessible open space, and has been designed to include a rich mosaic of nature conservation woodland, grassland, hedgerows, streams and wetland, at the edge of the Business Park.
