  • BUS
Blythe Valley Park enjoys a direct and frequent bus service with Solihull town centre. The S9 shuttle service operates between Blythe Valley Park and Solihull Bus station via Solihull Town Centre, offering good onward connections to rail and other bus services. Shuttle buses are easily recognised carrying the distinctive house colours of blue and green and the Blythe Valley Park logo.

For people living to the north of Solihull it is possible to get to BVP by using the 966 service and changing to join the S9 service at Solihull station.

The S9 service is substantially funded by Liberty Property Trust UK, This private subsidy is essential to maintaining a realistic fare structure and promoting the 'Green Travel' initiatives synonymous with the Blythe Valley Park concept. The subsidy is also critical to the use and acceptance of travelcards on the S9 so that it appears as a seamless and integrated part of public transport in the West Midlands.

The X20 Birmingham - Stratford upon Avon service provides a service to Blythe Valley Park. There are 2 bus stops on the Park to facilitate this service, and also a stop at the rear of the Park for the benefit of Local residents, providing a short walk to Illshaw Heath.

Blythe Valley Park is more than just a good environment to work, and provides leisure facilities accessible for all. Holders of valid travelcards can use the S9 shuttle to travel to Blythe Valley at no extra travel cost and enjoy the publicly available facilities.

Additional information on the above routes plus all other services is available on the Travel West Midlands website.
